It is a great pleasure to advise you that Therapeutic Reflexology is now covered by medical aid schemes.
The Therapeutic Reflexology profession is proud that it is now able to stand on an equal footing with other health professions.
This means that you will be entitled to claim for reflexology treatments provided by a Therapeutic Reflexologist who is:
a) registered with The Allied Health Professions Council of South Africa (b) who has a practice number.
It is suggested that you contact your medical aid scheme with regard to the benefits provided by your scheme.
Even if a scheme does not have benefits for reflexology, it is recommended that claims be processed and rejected as not covered, as this will add value to your tax benefits.
